Terms governing the exploration, quotation, bespoke commissioning, and acquisition of fine jewellery.

1. Purity & Hallmarking Guarantees

All gold jewellery manufactured and presented by LAL CHAND HANDA JEWELLERS is guaranteed 100% compliant with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking norms. Each creation carries the official BIS triangular stamp, karatage fineness mark (916 for 22kt, 750 for 18kt), and unique laser identification codes.

2. Gemological Authenticity

All natural diamonds and precious gemstones incorporated into our pieces are authentic and accompanied by laboratory certificates where applicable. Due to the natural variance in earth-mined stones, minor inclusions and color undertones are intrinsic characteristics of natural beauty.

3. Pricing & Valuation Quotes

Due to real-time fluctuations in international gold, platinum, and diamond markets, all estimated prices displayed on this website are indicative valuations. Official binding invoices are confirmed at the time of order booking based on final certified gross/net weights and prevailing spot rates.

4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Commissions

Custom bespoke commissions require advance material booking deposits. Once gouache sketches, 3D cad wax models, or stone layouts are finalized and casting commences, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, though our standard lifetime exchange policies apply upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All jewellery designs, illustrations, brand emblems, gouache sketches, and written editorial content appearing on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of LAL CHAND HANDA JEWELLERS. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial imitation is strictly prohibited.
